At Agriskills International NZ Services, we are committed to providing quality agricultural training, coaching, and workforce-related services.
1. Training and Digital Courses
Payments for online courses, training materials, and digital products are generally non-refundable once access to the course or digital materials has been provided, except where otherwise stated or where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Other Services
For coaching, recruitment, manpower supply, consultation, or other services, refund eligibility will depend on the nature and stage of the service provided.
Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount and method of reimbursement will be communicated to the client.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Administrative, processing, registration, or third-party fees may be non-refundable where the service or processing associated with the payment has already commenced.
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact us using the ‘’ CONTACT US’’ page and provide your name, payment reference, service purchased, and reason for the request.
We will review each request fairly and communicate our decision within a reasonable period.
